I have over 30 year of experience in counseling. My scope of practice includes individual and group psychotherapy, delivered face-to-face by phone and online with a focus on anxiety, stress, anger management, PTSD, trauma, depression, gambling and internet addictions, relapse prevention, and spiritual issues.
